Order Management Team Member

Do you love sales process, generating sales orders and growing a business? Woodtone is looking to add a focused Order Management Team Member who is a Customer Service rock star to our sales team. This is a great opportunity if you care genuinely and passionately about your customers.

The successful candidate will be the point of contact for inbound customer requests and orders from various regions in North America. In your role you will have ownership of existing and new customers at the buyer level, from first contact, focusing on order entry, through to after delivery follow-up, ensuring consistent communication and customer expectations are met and exceeded on an ongoing basis.

This is a fast paced and rewarding role, building relationships with key buyers, part of an amazing team focused on overall company performance in achieving customer service excellence and sustainable financial results.

Requirements:

• Order entry experience
• Strong organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities
• Team first attitude; strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to comprehend and translate verbal, written and on-line instructions into action
• Demonstrated history of exceptional Customer Service
• Computer experience with Excel, Word, Outlook
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Desire to learn and continuously improve

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for inbound dealer sales phone calls and emails
• Responsible for entering, managing, and closing quotes and orders
• Communicate & build relationships with dealers
• Provide customer service and manage customer action items as required
• Respond to and follow-up with Web and phone inquiries
• Provide in-house coverage & support for the Order Management team
• Manage Brush-out and Sample requests in a timely manner
• Meet and exceed customer expectations by providing professional responses to requests
• Display a high level of commitment to exceptional customer service and long-term relationship building

Additional Preferential Attributes:

• Building Materials industry experience
• Ability to travel to the US, not part of the daily job, however with US Operations, travel may be required for events.
