Primary Duties + Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of a Data Doctors Computer Technician are to service and repair Windows-based computer systems, both in the hardware and software areas. However, many of our customers need in-store service, installation, configuration & upgrading of desktop and laptop computers.
There will be opportunities to learn new things every day. This fast-paced industry never has a boring day as long as you are open to new challenges and opportunities. This position requires a strong ability to complete technical tasks and communicate them effectively to customers. We explain all our computer service solutions in relatable, easy-to-understand terms to our customers (NO GEEK SPEAK).

· High School Diploma
· Valid Driver's License
· A+ Certification (or willingness to learn)
· Customer Service/Sales Experience

· Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
