• Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who can oversee the efficient operation of Front Office and take responsibility for the effective management of our housekeeping services contract. 
• Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will work in partnership with our maintenance team and also the hotel reservation and revenue team to ensure the hotel achieves RGI targets, whilst ensuring the guest experience continues to create ambassadors for the Crowne Plaza brand.
• The attention to detail you demonstrate in your daily work, paired with your ability to lead and motivate a team will be key to your success as you take the lead in ensuring compliance with brand standards and also the emergency and crisis management preparedness of the hotel.

Your previous experience with hotel PMS systems such as Opera or Fidelio will be an advantage.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is likely to have 4 years of experience in a front office role with experience in reservations and housekeeping an advantage. Candidates with tertiary studies in a related field such as Tourism, Hospitality or Business will be highly regarded. A First Aid Certificate and NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate are requirements for this role.
