Necessary requirements:
Experience as a Sommelier within a similar operation or 5* hotel
Keen interest in Sake, English and French wine
Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills, organised and committed 
Be able to work under pressure
Be able to work full-time and be flexible with working hours
Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
