This full time and long term position will give you experience and knowledge of working in one of London's best restaurants, its food style and wine service

It is absolutely essential that you have a VERY good understanding of English, both spoken and written.

The Person:
A keen interest and understanding in food and wine and at least 2 years experience in similar quality establishments
Immaculate personal presentation with great attention to detail 
Impeccable waiting skills - showing confidence, strength and capability 
Intuitive and accommodating towards the customer - able to read guests' needs and reacting in the appropriate way
Ability to maintain a calm disposition at all times 
Experienced in working in a high profile, busy, quality restaurants
Able to work a balanced full time rota, of approximately 48 hours per week - days and nights (2 days off per week)
