Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate store inventory levels.

- Ensure all regular daily, weekly and monthly tasks are completed accurately in a timely manner.

- Perform all reporting: Retail Control Checklist and Chain of Diamond Custody compliance.

- Regularly maintain appropriate levels of all store supplies, within budget.

- Perform POS terminal analysis and reservation maintenance to ensure customer needs are met and to prevent losses.

- Partner and communicate with Sales Professionals and Management to respond efficiently to customer requests, handle and follow up on merchandise transfer requests and process point of sales quickly and accurately.

- Successfully manage all intrastore transfers and ensure store is in compliance with company record retention guidelines.
