Requirements:

- A minimum of three years sales experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales is highly desirable. Retail, Hospitality and/or Sales experience is essential. 

- Willingness to work retail business hours including late trade and weekends. 

- Strong communication skills, customer service skills and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks is required.  

- Ability to work with a diverse client base and in a fast-paced, changing environment. 

- Candidates who are bi-lingual (preferably Mandarin) will have an advantage. 

- Proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems and Microsoft Outlook/e-mail is preferred. 

- A college or university degree and previous gemological experience preferred. 

- Candidates should have or be able to obtain work authorization in Australia.
