The ideal candidate will need to be able to achieve service excellence by anticipating guest’s needs, listening and paying attention to every detail no matter how small and working together as a team, whilst ensuring that all accounting and security procedures meet Company requirements.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering an Engaging Dynamic Guest Experience from the welcome through the guest journey to their departure; excellent guest service will underpin everything you do.

You will be an excellent and natural communicator with exceptional people skills and have proven experience within a Front Office position within a 5* environment.

You will be conversant with standard PC packages and computerised systems and with a passion for guest service delivery and guest satisfaction, you will be confident in taking the initiative, adopt an organised approach to your role and be comfortable interacting and engaging in conversation amongst high profile guests.
