Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements:
- Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (i.e., on the sales floor, operations, etc.).
- Previous sales & service experience in a retail or contact centre environment.
- Familiarity with website technology, website navigation and terminology associated with eCommerce.
- Flexibility with work schedule; weekends as required.
- Must have authorisation to work in the UK.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- University degree.
- Prior use of Customer Relationship Management systems.
- Additional EU language skills.
- Luxury sales & service experience.
