Requirements:

- Customer Service or concierge experience, ideally within a Retail Environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office Skills

- Self-confidence with an ability to take ownership of a situation

- Strong decision makers

- Experience of working within a fast paced, pressurised environment

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task effectively.
