Responsibilities:
• Steer the MWB/SWB allocation across the Market alongside the BUs within Global guidelines as part of the planning process
• Drive the effective implementation of Global Concept-to-Consumer and Sales Strategy & Excellence tools in activated sales channels through the Directors of Brand Activation in each market within Emerging Markets in line with the Omni-channel activation calendar
• Represent the market priorities and brand activation needs of all markets within the Emerging Markets to Global Brand Activation and Global CTC teams
• Contribute to the planning of the Global Omni-channel Marketing activation calendar and plan Market initiatives where required
• Support the development of Key City Attack plans, across all markets within the Emerging Markets and ensure consistent execution and delivery against Brand KPIs
• Develop the Market Sports Marketing strategy, from identification to asset activation, including budget allocation recommendations.
