Responsibilities:

• Lead the Design development for assigned category or specialty area across multiple consumer touchpoints, from 2D to retail to digital
• Develop own creative solutions that set high standard for business area
• Develop creative solutions that provide a holistic view on business area
• Direct creative resources to fulfill design objectives for projects
• Contribute ideas to long-term Brand Design strategic development
• Know how to effectively address and maximize opportunities in briefs
• Present and communicate design solutions with clarity, effectively selling in ideas to variety of stakeholders
• Identify opportunities of improvement and change, and initiate own proposals/projects
• Collaborate with cross functional departments to achieve shared common goals
• Seek out new Design resources that can deliver world class results
• Know how to maximise results within project working budget constraints
• Know how to maximise results within given timeframes.
