As a Steward, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Proper disposable of rubbish
Keeps all refrigeration, storage, and working areas clean, working condition in order to comply with health Department regulations
Ensure all equipments in working areas in proper working condition to comply with health Department regulations
Keeping the loading bay clean & in order.
Performs any general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor
Keep floors dry and clean to avoid slip/fall accidents.
Performs other duties as requested, such as moving supplies and equipment, cleaning up unexpected spills
Ensure all stocks are adequate for the needs of the business at all times
Ensure all orders are placed at the required time.
