Description

1. Making sure that the goods can be accepted according to list of commodities.
2. Directing of Cargo Acceptance (Outsource) to operate the cargo operations for efficiency.
3. Checking inbound and outbound cargo both regular and irregular to inform all concerned including the client.
4. Coordinating with airline partner in case of transfer cargo.
5. Checking the goods and package including acceptance when the client would like to send cargo for facilitate and satisfaction.
6. Receive the payment of cargo and issue the document according to company rate with correction and efficiency.
7. Prepare and make the document concerning with the transportation with completed and corrected such as Air waybill, Cargo manifest etc.
8. Inform all concerned for the details of shipment in each flight included checking the shipment for completed and corrected.
9. Perform other tasks related to the above responsibilities and functions as assigned by supervisor.
10. Develop, encourage, promote and ensure implement of QMS, SMS, and SEMS culture within the department.

Qualification

• Education : Bachelor degree in any field.
• Bangkok Airways Cargo System (BACS)
• Basic Aviation Knowledge & Weight Balance
• Cargo Screening
• Dangerous Goods Regulations for Cargo Operations Personnel
• General Knowledge of Cargo for Cargo Operations Personnel
• Safety Management System
• Station Crisis Response Team
• Communication Skill
• Provide leadership
• Can work both Domestic and International Stations as assigned
