About Your Job:

You shall be responsible to prepare and present Food & Beverage items on offer to passengers throughout the terminal.This includes the preparation of hot and cold beverages and snack items on offer together with the preparation of the bills and collection of cash from paying passengers. You will maximize sales at every available opportunity while ensuring that customers receive the highest level of customer service.

You will ensure the complete, full range of items are on display at all times and handle and demonstrate the display with confidence and in a professional manner. You are also responsible to keep the surrounding area clean and tidy and to store the items in a proper manner so as to avoid breakage or damage.

About You:

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator whilst possessing exceptional customer service skills. Ideally you will be within a similar culture in an international airport, hotel or shopping complex with a multimillion turnover business. A minimum of 2 years of job related experience within a branded coffee shop environment. Post high school training (apprentice, certificate) and if appropriate qualified in HACCP or other relevant hood hygiene qualifications.
