Baggage Claim Officer WANTED

Description

  1. Perform Baggage Claims section efficiently in accordance with company policies, procedures abd fully complying with authority regulations.
  2. Coordinate with Baggage Service section at every operational station to finalize all pending baggage irregularity cases effectively.
  3. Provide suggestions in order to improve Baggage Services and Claims in terms of Quality, Safety, Security, Efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  4. Ensure the confidentiality of all information regarding the company and work, ensure the security of valuable documents.
  5. Correspondence with passengers and Customer Relations Management department (CRM) in regard to baggage irregularity cases
  6. Handle all baggage compensation by using information through WorldTracer Management System.
  7. Determining the amount of final compensation to passenger by balancing the delegation of authority and passenger satisfaction.
  8. Update the claims status to the passenger until the case is finalized.
  9. Saving the company expenditure by identify fraudulent claim and declining diplomatically.
  10. Notice the airline partners by sending Proration Notice in order to make the reimbursement.
  11. Attending meeting on division matters for continuous service enhancement.
  12. Communicate with other departments and airline partners to ensure smooth services.
  13. Coordinate and negotiate with airline partners in terms of baggage compensation and long term preventive plans of baggage irregularity.
  14. Carry out all concerned duties regarding Quality, Safety & Security required by company.
  15. Manage personnel-related issues in division/department and implement occupational health & safety environment practice in order to prevent accident to employees in workplace.

Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in any field
  • Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Good command of computer literacy
  • Good healthy and ability in the workplace as required by changing program conditions and requirement
