Description
Analyze input ground activities and training done by OE comparing to numbers of CM required components; flight coverage, day-off, reserve numbers to determine possibility of an early problem solving.
Allocate vacation.
Adjust reserve levels to ensure day-to-day crew coverage variable from weekdays to weekends
Plan roster in any work structure according to Division standard procedure check-list.
Summarize productivity in term of block hours, fairness, utilization and ETC., and submit to superior on 23rd of the month for an approval.
Reserve Hotel Accommodation required for crew member for the whole TPI period and finalize with crew names once monthly roster planning is accomplished.
Advanced passive seat booking required as soon as monthly Pairing built.
Keep record of productivity; BLH&FDP per pairing on planned and actual, sickness overview roster, FDP Extension request & ETC. for the purpose of product improvement potential.
Coordinate with Standard, Chief Pilot Division and Flight Operations Administration in related to supervisory flights schedule, extra per diem and car park.
Ensure all Aerodromes scheduled for training pilots to ensure all regular airports have been flown to during the flight training period.
Response to CM request for BLH records within three working days.
Carry out all concerned duties regarding Quality, Safety & Security required by the company.
Monthly KPI report to DC.
Other as required by Supervisors.
Qualification
Bachelor Degree or Equivalent to business experience
Experience in airline business at least two year such as Cabin Crew, Ground Services Officer
Proficiency in Microsoft office; Word, Excel, Power Points and graphical presentation skills.
Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC score at least 550 taken within 2 year of application)
Can be able to work independence and a good team player
