Description
Coordinates with relevant agency for maintain and monitor flight punctuality on day to day traffic program.
Transmit aircraft movement messages for PG/Code share flight and customer airline’s flights.
Coordinate with Airport Authority to arrange the aircraft parking location and boarding gate and coordinate with all concerned departments for aircraft parking bay assignment to the Company’s aircraft including customer airline’s aircraft.
Monitor and edit all rejected EDP messages relating to flight movement to ensure that status in systems for used of relevant agencies.
Maintain and monitor VHF/HF/DATALINK ACARS MESSAGES including Air Situation Display System (ASDS), Ground Situation Display System (GSDS).Flight Information Display System (FIDS).Weather Information Display System (WIDS) and other communication facilities in Operations Control Center , network stations and online stations at all time including irregularities.
Monitor and record aircraft flight movement for the whole traffic program in to the communication log and kept file for three month to compile with standard and have data ready inspection and audit.
Alert ground personnel at alternate and destination airports for possible aircraft diversion in order to provide prompt assistance and services to passenger and crew for quick turnaround whenever weather at Departure airport including Destination airport and Alternate airport are marginal.
Prepare and announce TSR (Turn Schedule Report) to all concerned departments.
Coordinate with concerned departments for any special request assistance from Flight Crew and Pilot.
Announce daily aircraft termination to pilots and all concerned departments.
Input and recheck data in Movement Control System (Flight Movement time record, number of passengers and amount of fuel onboard)
Carry out all concerned duties regarding Safety, Security and Emergency required by company.
Communicate information Policies, Strategies correctly and effectively to all employees in order apply in practice.
Perform any tasks assigned by superior.
Qualification
Diploma from Aviation Training institute or Bachelor degree of any field
Minimum 2-3 years in airline flight operations
Flight Operations Officer License (if any)
Knowledge and experience in procedures required for using Dangerous Goods.
Fluent in Operations Control Systems (Aircraft Movement Control, Air to Ground. Communication DATA LINK, AFTN and Departure Control System).
Expert in aviation law and regulation.
Able to operate PC and Microsoft Officer (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
Able to speak and write in English (TOEIC Score upto 550 within 1 year of the first of application)
Willing to work on shifts (Day/Night/Weekends and Holidays)
