In this role, you will be responsible for developing, integrating and executing of profitable and effective customer engagement and multi-channel marketing strategies that will drive customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell efforts. You will also support the development, management and execution of an integrated and analytics-based, comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy.

To be successful in this role, you will need a relevant bachelor degree combined with five or more years of experience in a marketing environment, preferably in the airline industry. You will need to be a seasoned generalist with strategic marketing, planning and analytic skills. You will also need excellent oral and written communication skills and have a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships at all organisational levels.
