About Your Job:
Your role is to provide general administrative and secretarial support in day to day functions. You will promote high standards of corporate values through correspondence. telephone and personal contacts by following the company policies and procedures and implementing the process to develop administrative functions.. You will be handling confidential and sensitive issues and would require to maintain high degree of discretion and tactfulness. You will be responsible for records / document control and maintenance of all correspondences related to cargo manager's office.
About You:
A minimum of 2 years of job related experience with a high school qualification and working knowledge of computers and MS Office applications is required for this role. You should possess excellent communication, organizational and written skills and must be mature in outlook, organized, extremely detail oriented and possess strong follow up skills.
