About Your Job:
As the Manager Projects & Business Solutions you will define an evaluation model to assess and recommend the implementation of improvement initiatives across the Ground Services Hub. Analyse together with the stakeholders, improvement initiatives with the project management platform with the appropriate governance model, a structured methodology and the corresponding risk assessment techniques.
As a member of the Senior Leadership team you will establish the Ground Services Hub Planning, a project manager in order to develop and deliver the necessary changes for the Hub to undertake the transformation projects.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong communication skills and experience in Ground Handling/Ground Services. Having worked in a similar role for more than 8 years you will lead our team in terms of providing the platform to develop and deliver transformation projects. Your PMP, PRINCE2 or Six Sigma knowhow will be put into full utilization for this role.
You will require proven knowledge and understanding of the commercial impacts of operations associated financial / budgetary work, project management, safety and relevant aviation legislation, demonstrated leadership and motivation skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
We need you to be able to work under pressure in a dynamic working environment, perform to tight deadlines and work on multiple projects effectively. You will strive for continuous system improvements and work collaboratively and effectively with multiple stakeholders.
