About Your Job:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible to effectively support the sales force to achieve and maximize the revenue targets ensuring the commercial success of the airline in the area of responsibility. You will provide administrative, technical and logistical support to the sales team. You will also support the Commercial Manager.
Accountabilities:
You will provide reports, relevant information and technical support to the sales force. Create and initiate Product presentations and secure constant updated product presentation. Handle inquires problems encountered by the corporate/agents and liaise with relevant departments at Head Office if required, or as first step with the Nordic Head Office.
You will be the link between sales and marketing departments on communication activities, coordinating events, contact lists and relevant market information. Responsible for all relevant distribution lists. Assist with external requests in order to increase revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also support the department’s administration and sales activities.
You will meet or exceed customers’ expectations in terms of service delivery and be an expert on the company's product and service and promote the company's advantages vs OAL.
About You:
You should have relevant tertiary, trade or vocational qualification.
You will have minimum of 3 years of job-related experience within the travel trade. Previous experience in a sales agent role will be an advantage, as well as Amadeus and fare skills. You will also have strong MS Office skills. You must be able to coordinate actions and activities, prioritise task, and be detail oriented. You are working in a structured way, able to set priorities and you are also a team player who enjoys cooperation between countries and different departments.
Fluency in Danish and English Language (written and spoken) is essential for this role. You should be comfortable with occasional flexible hours (evening and morning events).
