Global Campaign Manager WORK ABROAD

About Your Job:

Responsible for project managing the integration of key global marketing campaigns across Airways regions and al communication streams, working cross-functionally across the business to leverage and adopt Head Office marketing campaigns for successful implementation and execution across channels and regions. Deep understanding of project management, stakeholder relationships and integrated marketing will be imperative.

Operational:

Regularly communicate with key internal stakeholders to ensure that all global marketing campaigns are fully integrated across the business. This includes wider marketing team, Corporate Communications, Ecommerce, Customer Experience and Regional Marketing Teams, Attend project meetings and represent the marketing department on specified project committees, Track and report progress on key projects that they have accountability for, This includes regularly updating projects plans, critical paths, priority lists and budget tracking / management. Contribute to the creation of contents for marketing communications campaigns, which include digital and print advertisements, radio, advertisements, trade marketing material and collateral.

Strategy and planning:

Manage the delivery of campaigns to achieve brand and business objectives, Delivery of allocated campaigns on time, accurately and within budget, Support the continual refinement of marketing plans for allocated campaigns to ensure the best possible results and successful execution across the network.

Work closely with other teams to maintain a comprehensive market / product and consumer knowledge, and ensure all communications are grounded in customer insight. Management of third party agencies and suppliers may be involved. Develop clear and directive briefs and brief external agencies as required for all customer communications including direct marketing, identify and execute process improvements to allow for quicker time to market, Planning of global marketing campaign calendar across the network to maximize efficiency of spend and co-ordination with regional and commercial marketing activity.

Management & leadership:

Project management in the integration of global marketing campaigns across the global media, brand & product marketing, creative services and regional marketing teams, Take ownership for the delivery of key Marketing projects and consistently work with teams to ensure timely delivery.

Development:

Take responsibility for own ongoing personal development and growth of expertise, Train and develop other employees, for proper succession planning and risk management

About You:

To be successful in this role you will need to have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent in marketing or communications preferred post-graduate degree or equivalent in Mass Communications or Marketing and professional qualifications in graphic design. You will have a minimum of 7 years Job related experience in Marketing or advertising, client service/ account management, campaign management.

Proven track record of producing contents and developing marketing campaigns for multinational / international brands, working with airline or travel industry brands is an added advantage.

Candidates with a strong airline background will be given preference

Essential:

Proven writing, editing and proofreading skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas in an engaging and unambiguous manner with clarity and precision. Strong project Management skills to deliver a project from concept to execution, Strong conceptual and research/analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and to rapidly analyse and integrate diverse information from varied sources and transform these into relevant communications content.
