Performance Analyst WANTED

About Your Job:

The Performance Analyst will provide analytical support to the Business Development team through regular, consistent and accurate preparation/analysis of commercially relevant data and KPIs. This role is responsible for enabling the department to make increasingly informed and commercially justifiable decisions relating to the maintenance and development of Airways' sales strategy and different business cases relating to both local and global levels.

You are responsible for the production of regular reports used by sales and other departments to monitor and enhance performance. These include monthly, daily and weekly regular reports as well as ad-hoc reporting as required. You will provide commercially relevant analysis of the reports and engage the recipients regarding the trends identified and actions that will be taken as a consequence of the analysis. 

You will review, analyse and discuss any new destination business cases and proposals with other stakeholders. In addition, you will review business case projections every quarter after launch to validate actual performance against business case assumptions. You will evaluate any structural change requests submitted by an Outstation and coordinate its implementation with other stakeholders.

About You:

You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience. You must have proven understanding of travel industry, airline sales and marketing. You must have commercial airline experience and highly developed skills in all MS Office applications specifically Excel and Access and Business Objects. Knowledge of VBA and SQL/SAS programming skills are definite advantage.

You must be able to manage change and able to adapt to a multi-cultural working environment. It is important to have good business acumen and the ability to analyse and work on data in order to make sound recommendation to your clients. You need to have strong influencing and negotiation skills as well as ability to manage relationships across all levels within the organisation. Excellent communication skills is a definite requirement.
