About Your Job:
As Manager AMP, you will in collaboration with the Vice President-Centralized Planning and SM Fleet Planning & Scheduling , Manage and coordinate the function of Aircraft Maintenance Program ( AMP ) sub section in a way that ensures all maintenance programs are developed in line with regulatory requirements , manufacturer recommendations and inservice experience.
You will also ensure are cost effective and comply with QCAA regulations and Airways Standards and policies are adhered to, coordinate and capture management team input into development plans, provide analytical input and guidance, drive initiatives, develop business solutions for proposed changes, drive financial management and play a significant role in short and long term planning.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will need a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent win Aeronautical / Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or "A" level Education with ICAO type II license held for not less than 8 years. You should 8 years avitaion and job related experience which include 5 years in AMP development enviroment and 3 years in management level.
You should have excellent and proved knowledge of Aircraft and approved data maintenance concepts, Aircraft Scheduling and Aeronautical regulations ( Part M & Part 145 ) with experience in strategic development and planning with good knowledge of software that facilitates organizational planning and administration, excellent project management skills, highly developed planning, analytical and problem solving skills
