About Your Job:
In this role, you will provide a full service-oriented professional reservations and ticketing service to all customers and travel businesses either through telephone calls or in-person meetings. You will achieve optimal customer satisfaction and achieve annual budget revenue targets. You will also support the sales team in handling and negotiating the company's groups and seats allocation in respect of company processes and sales strategy. You will assist customers in all issues related to groups and allocation reservations.

About You:
To be effective in this role, you will need a relevant vocational, tertiary or trade qualification combined with a minimum of three years of airline or travel industry experience. Solid experience in a customer facing role with exposure to group reservations is required. Recognised IATA or Airline Basic Tariff Course and experience with Amadeus are essential.
You will need to be fluent in German and English (written and oral) to perform this role.
