About Your Job:
As the Executive Secretary, you will be responsible for a range of administrative functions and day to day office functions whilst promoting high standards of corporate values through correspondence, telephone and personal contact and maintaining all data bases. You will represent the Country Manager’s office in Nepal and assist the Commercial, Marketing and HR functions as and when required.

To be successful in this role, you will need a trade or vocational qualification combined with a minimum of three years of job-related experience. You will need previous experience specifically within a secretarial and customer service capacity. Competency in the use of Microsoft Office applications is required along with good communication and organisational skills.
You will need to be fluent in English (written and oral) for this role.
