About Your Job:

As the Executive Secretary, you will be responsible for a range of administrative functions and day to day office functions whilst promoting high standards of corporate values through correspondence, telephone and personal contact and maintaining all data bases. You will represent the Country Manager’s office in Nepal and assist the Commercial, Marketing and HR functions as and when required.

Specific accountabilities include:

  • Assisting the Country Manager by maintaining the calendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and coordinating related arrangements
  • Preparing agendas, confirming attendees, arranging conference rooms for upcoming meetings, in-house training and interviews
  • Composing routine and non-routine correspondence, memoranda and reports of a confidential nature
  • Tactfully handling inquiries and/or referring to appropriate personnel, and viewing and answering mails / inquiries and determining if executive action is required
  • Assisting in all administration matters including preparing CMCs for new or contract renewals of all types
  • Handling a wide variety of situations and tasks involving staff and administrative functions such as business cards, uniform requests and office maintenance

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need a trade or vocational qualification combined with a minimum of three years of job-related experience. You will need previous experience specifically within a secretarial and customer service capacity. Competency in the use of Microsoft Office applications is required along with good communication and organisational skills. 

You will need to be fluent in English (written and oral) for this role.
