Reporting to the Compliance Monitoring Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of airworthiness, design and maintenance provider compliance monitoring audits and inspections, providing assurance to senior management that the business and subcontracted organisations are operating in line with relevant regulations and company standards.
The key role outputs include:
• Audit planning and preparation
• Completion of audits and inspections, both internally and at sub-contractor / contractor / supplier premises
• Monitoring the timely implementation and effectiveness of any necessary corrective actions
• Development of the Compliance Monitoring System
Abilities
• 5 years with an airline environment, or similar, having held an appropriate position within a Part M/145/21J organisation
• 2 years regulatory auditing experience
• Hold an appropriate engineering qualification
• Demonstrable experience of the development of trusting and supportive relationships with a wide range of staff and managers both within the business and at external organisations
• Auditing to EASA Part M/145/21J requirements
• Auditing to IOSA standards
• Have introduced an initiative to improve a specific element within the compliance monitoring/quality assurance system
• The ability to communicate at all levels of the business to ensure a clear understanding of goals, problems and solutions
• Ability to initiate, plan, manage and deliver projects with minimum oversight
• Fastidious about work and attentive to detail
• A strong understanding of the principles and concepts of a compliance monitoring system and its role within an organisation
• Organised approach to work
• Resilient and able to maintain personal effectiveness and work well under pressure
• Flexible with the ability to travel
Salary: M6 up to £39,454
