About Your Job:
As the Inside Sales Coordinator, you will support the Sales Executives from an office base and be responsible for managing and developing relationships with the Airways Corporate/Leisure customers. You will engage in day to day work with the Sales Executives, interfacing with various other departments within the company. You will also be accountable for keeping the accounts and databases updated, and assist Account Managers in maximising revenue contribution to exceed revenue targets.

About You:
You will need a trade or vocational qualification combined with a minimum of four years of job-related experience working for an airline. You will need solid exposure to airline sales and marketing and will, ideally, have experience providing support to a team of salespeople. You will also have excellent customer service, budget management and analysis skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular. You will need to be fluent in English (written and oral) to be effective in this role.
