Requirements:
Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for Safety & Quality across the Group in relation to Strategy, Policy and Compliance to drive the safest workplace possible.
The key role outputs include:
•To act as the Company’s lead competent person for Safety & Quality across the airline
•Ensure the Company’s Safety & Quality agenda is compliant with current legislation and regulations across Airline.
Abilities:
•A proven leader, you will have substantial senior level experience of implementing safety and quality and in a multi-site operation. Experience in aviation is a must.
•Significant proven experience in Safety & Quality in an airline/aviation industry of which at least 5 years being at a senior managerial level
•Professional qualification in Health & Safety, ideally at Chartered Member level
•Strong and well developed management and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across the organisation
•Proven influential and consultative approach, solution focus, and strong negotiation skill.
