Requirements:
•Carry out repair and certification of aircraft components.
•To provide oversight of job quotes/estimates for component maintenance.
•To ensure all job priorities are carried out in a cost effective and efficient manner and within the agreed timescales.
•To assist with the co-ordination of all staff within the component work area to ensure all priorities are met.
•Support the Component Bay Supervisor.
•To accept responsibility for H&S and husbandry requirements of the Component Bay.

Abilities:
•Previous experience in Part 145 workshop environment desirable.
•Must have the ability to read & interpret approved maintenance data.
•Methodical approach to maintenance practices.
•Have the ability to motivate a team in order to progress work in a timely and safe manner.
•Communicate with all other elements of the MRO.
•Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
•Be self-motivated and be able to work on your own initiative.
