About Your Job:
The Senior Direct Marketing Officer is responsible for providing assistance in managing the airline's global email marketing programme. The key objective of this role is to devise, plan, implement and execute email marketing strategies and tactics in order to meet the aggressive revenue and acquisition targets.
On the tactical front, you will be managing high-visibility email marketing campaigns reaching out to millions of customers every day, ensuring relevance, engagement, retention and best-in-class servicing. You will be liaising with Ecommerce managers from 80+ countries to deliver optimised email marketing for each country and region. You will be creating and managing databases, identifying new customer segments, optimising content, running A/B split tests and evaluating performance.
On the strategic front, you will help devising and executing the airline's marketing strategy to drive transactions (sales & services) and to strengthen the brand positioning. You will write business plans to run sales and email acquisition campaigns, identify, acquire and on-board new technologies, build automations and create processes to improve coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
About You:
You must have experience in devising email marketing strategy, running email marketing campaigns and programs and have strong analytical and database management skills.
