About Your Job:

You will be responsible for the department’s productivity by ensuring on time equipment preparation and delivery. You should ensure that the Airline standards are fully followed and HACCP requirements are met. You should be able to define the work process and effectively implement them in the work floor. You should be able to analyze the training needs of subordinates and train them for every process change.

About You:

You must have High School Qualifications or equivalent with advanced knowledge of computer applications (Oracle, Inventory Management Systems & MS Office), degree/diploma in Hotel/Catering Management is highly desirable. You should have minimum 5 years experience in a Supervisory role in Hospitality/Catering/Airline industry with excellent communication and presentation skills. Ideally you must have a good working knowledge of airline catering equipment, Galley Loading Plans and Equipment Packing Plans.
