About the Job:

As Manager Mail Product, in line with the overall commercial products strategy, you will manage, develop and implement the Airways Mail product. You will be responsible for the full product commercial development and growth, network commercial departments, Ground Handling Agent network capability verification, performance and delivery audits. 

By creating SOP’s, you will ensure hub and network Live operations are established and are compliant with product processes through the use of CAPA and continuous improvement methods. You will also implement and manage SLA’s ensuring performance consistency. 

Commercially, you will develop product awareness through sales and marketing tools, develop the strategic direction for product and sales, and create sales channels for the Mail product by utilising the regional sales offices, and set pricing in coordination with sales and revenue management to achieve optimal yields.

About You:

A minimum University Degree or equivalent, with at least 8 years of Cargo Operations experience, mostly within the Mail product space is required at Managing Director, Commercial Director or Operations Director level. 

You must be an exceptional communicator with a very strong command of the English language, a strong motivator and leader with the ability to strategically discuss and implement operations plans. You will also have a background in Cargo Airline/Airfreight industry or Ground Handling/Freight forwarding.
