About Your Job:

The job holder will assist the Lead Maintenance Assistant for maintenance and repair of all residential properties. The responsibilities include preventative and corrective maintenance for electrical and plumbing system along with repairing any non functional electrical and plumbing spares at residential properties. The job holder will be responsible for attending new equipment training and identify unsafe conditions and practices. It will also include identification of documents and notification of damaged or abused use of equipment.

About You:

You will hold a high school diploma in commercial appliance repair and preventative maintenance with a minimum of 5 years experience in Hospitality industry or Facilities Management Company. You will have advanced mechanical skills and ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics and O/M manuals. The knowledge of 460 volt, AC circuit and advanced troubleshooting skills will be preferred.
