Reporting to the Engineering Training Manager your main accountabilities will include:
- Facilitate and deliver training to the Jetstar Engineering department
- Delivery of compliance training needs to schedule
- Maintaining relevance / currency of training materials as per Quality Standards
- Utilising training feedback from participants to improve training delivery
- Implementing competency based training assessment to measure performance, quality of training materials and programs
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:
- Diploma level related, minimum Cert IV Training & Assessment
- Ideally technical trade or greater in an engineering aviation environment
- Able to facilitate and lead competency based / measured training to different levels as required
- Proven experience delivering Technical and non-technical training, preferably in Aviation
- Ability to liaise and deal with a wide diverse group of employees and service suppliers
- Ability to travel as and when required
