- Able to articulate and convey ideas, processes and procedures to management and peers

- Appropriately challenge the status quo

- Know when to involve your manager; come with solutions instead of problems when possible

- Be comfortable being assertive amongst your PA peers and matrix team when managing deadliness and process.
