What will I be doing?
As Guest Service Officer - Rooms Reservations, you provide smooth reservation process ensuring maximum guest service. A Guest Service Officer - Rooms Reservations is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Answers all reservations telephone calls and e-mails in a friendly manner, using clear english communication.
When processing e-mails or listening to callers, ensuring clear understanding of their inquiries and requests.
Promptly provides accurate information regarding availability of accommodation and other requested information.
Knowledge of current activities in the Hotel and in area around.
Correct management of reservation documents.
Develop effective selling methods.
Development and updating of customer contacts.

Guest Service Officer - Rooms Reservations serving our company is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Previous experience in a customer service function or in a similar role
A passion for delivering an exceptional level of Guest service
High level of IT proficiency
