We are now looking for a competent and motivated

BUSINESS CONTROLLER (maternity leave substitution)

to work in our Group Business Control.

The selected person will be responsible for business controlling, support and reporting of company group functions, of which the majority of work will be attributable to IT and facilities. Key part of this role is also development of finance processes within these areas and to support in the ongoing major IT change projects and the building of its new governance model. Business Controller works as part of Group Business control team and reports to Head of Group Business Control.

Main responsibilities:

• Conducting business analysis and supporting Group functions (mainly IT, facilities)
• Developing internal control policies, guidelines and procedures
• Monitoring and controlling performance of assigned units
• Participating actively in business case preparations and investment proposals
• Preparing financial outlooks and performance forecasts for unit management

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics
• At least three years of experience in business control
• Strong skills in Excel, Powerpoint and Cognos
• SAP, Hyperion essbase and general IT or facilities financial background is considered an advantage
• Strong skills in financial accounting and bookkeeping
• Business-oriented and analytical mindset
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent presentation skills
• Negotiation and vendor management experience are considered an advantage
