Requirements

• An individual who fully grasps the concept of 5 star personalised guest service
• Need to have a 5 star hotel background preferably with an international hotel brand
• Strong leader, communicator and motivator of the team
• Good understanding of reservations and Opera PMS
• At least 5 years front office/guest service management experience
