Responsibilities:

• Managing the Retouchers and Junior Retoucher – planning, assigning and quality checking their work.
• Training freelancers and other members of staff - assisting with understanding of the difference between online and print, and necessary changes of approach in retouching
• Quality checking and providing feedback on images sent through to Retouchers; ensure images are shot to the highest possible standards.
• Requesting re-shoots and darker/lighter images where necessary.
• Suggesting improvements to styling and photography to improve efficiency within retouch and improve quality of imagery.
• Feeding back suggested improvements to the brand with regards to communication and approaches to creative shoots.
