Requirements:

- Has the personal drive required to achieve results and generate continuous improvement, working effectively as part of a team and individually

- Demonstrate passion for the brand with the ability to confidently interpret and produce trading analysis as required by the team

- Display effective time management, planning and prioritising skills teamed with the understanding the importance of accurate task management are key

- Keeping people informed and the need to meet relevant deadlines

- Has retail experience and a strong awareness of the Aurora brands and its customers

- Graduate in fashion, business or a numerical degree is preferred but not essential

- Has a Grade B or above in GCSE maths and be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills and be Excel computer literate

- This role would be ideal for an Allocator ready for their next career move and looking to take on further responsibility.
