• Has preferably worked agency-side
• Understands fast-fashion retail
• Can manage time like no other
• Understand the commerciality of the retail market
• Can manage and control project budgets
• Can understand and measure the effectiveness of campaigns (ROI, insights and learnings)
• Possesses the good old can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
• Has an ability to woo customers and key stakeholders alike
• Has good hair (this is of course not necessary)
• Loves fashion and culture.
