Responsibilities:

- Support the overall running and direction of the Oxford Circus Flagship store

- Manage and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service

- Ensure the floor is operating so that the store is maximising sales and profit performance

- Seek opportunities to improve sales, customer service and operations

- Be responsible for the overall running of the sales floor and delivering the brand, store objectives and brand guidelines.
