Requirements:

- Strong academic calibre and educated to degree level with a professional Finance qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)

- Excellent technical IFRS accounting experience, with an ability to apply knowledge to practical situations and consider commercial impact

- Practical experience of group consolidations; demonstrate effective management of statutory reporting process and external auditor relationship

- Strong Excel and Word skills, comfortable working with large and / or complex budget models

- Consistently demonstrate high standards of accuracy and presentation

- Proactive, identifying issues and suggested resolutions to colleagues including Financial Controller and Chief Finance Office

- Strong communication skills and an ability to explain technical accounting issues and their impact on the team and the business are a must.
