Requirements:

- Educated to degree level in a relevant subject such as Garment Technology

- Extensive experience across a number of QA disciplines to gain sufficiently wide range of product knowledge

- Proven management experience sufficient to be able to lead and coach a team

- Sufficient understanding of the product development process within a commercial environment to support team members’ decision making

- Commercial understanding of the specific market and experience of working with a global supply chain

- Expert knowledge of consumer product safety requirements sufficient to understand and interpret relevant legislation

- PC literate including Microsoft Office packages

- Full understanding of Total Quality Management.
