Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop and inspire all store teams to be high performance teams and to fully implement all business strategy and operating policies
- Actively coach and resolve performance management issues
- Coach and develop all Store Teams to stimulate internal growth and progression
- Accountable for the recruitment and retention of a high performance team
- Demonstrate an operating knowledge of Managers’ strengths, development needs and progress through development plans and succession planning
- Utilise company resources to continually challenge and improve coaching skills in order to maximise team -development and success
- Project an inspirational vision of the business to all team colleagues in line with business strategy
- Build solid and productive business relationships with all relevant stakeholders to support the delivery of the Area’s business and people strategy.
