Requirements:
•Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially
•Ability to write reports and letters in English free of grammatical and spelling errors
•Three to five years in market research, sales analysis or the hospitality industry (cruise, travel, hotel, resort,
casino, bar or amusement/theme park)
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, marketing or related field from an accredited
university or college, or the international equivalent preferred
•Intermediate knowledge of AS400 Reservations System, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, Internet search
•Experience leading large teams of 50 members including senior managers in a positive, professional, inspirational and productive manner
•Ability to see the big picture while managing multiple revenue centers in a fast-paced environment
•All shipboard employees must be physically able to participate in emergency lifesaving procedures and drills. Full use and range of arms and legs as well as full visual, verbal and hearing abilities are required to receive andb give instructions in the event of an emergency including the lowering of lifeboats. The employee must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
