Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) from an accredited university or college in Training & Development, Business Administration, Human Resources Development, Psychology or related field is required

•3-5 years experience as a training and development professional in a corporate environment

•Possess superior time management and organization skills with the ability to multitask and manage in a fast paced multicultural environment

•Excellent platform/presentation skills with the ability to conduct and follow structured training programs while consistently applying adult learning and development principle

•Advanced computer skills

•Possess a highly advanced ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially, including the ability to interact with crewmembers and management, respond to questions and speak in front of groups of all sizes

•All international applicants must have the ability to obtain C1/D visa (and other relevant visas) when applicable

•Must meet all physical requirements, including the ability to participate in emergency life-saving drills and required training.
