Requirements:

· The ability to produce excellent free-hand fashion illustrations.

· Strong technical garment drawing skills with the Lipsy customer in mind.

· An ability of how to translate fashion trends into commercial product opportunities.

· Strong team ethos – working in partnership with the rest of the design team and all other key partnerships. Sharing knowledge, successes and working to achieve results together.

· Previous experience designing womenswear within a fashion retailer.
